Kim Kardashian West shares first photo of baby Psalm

Posting to Instagram, Kim Kardashian shared a screenshot of sweet message from husband Kanye West accompanied by a snap of their newborn baby boy, and finally revealed the baby's name to her 138 million followers.

Kim announced the name of their fourth baby via Instagram along with a photo on May 17 - and, their son's official name is Psalm West!

As we wrote, the 38-year-old "had a lovely Mother's Day weekend with her newborn and older kids" including daughters North and Chicago West, and son Saint West.

"Beautiful Mother's Day With the arrival of our fourth child", Kanye, 41, wrote.

The pair - who Wednesday in 2014 - are already parents to North, 5, Saint, 3 and Chicago, 18 months.

Unfortunately it doesn't flow with the rest of her kids' monikers, as Kim rattled off "Then it's North, Saint, Chicago - Rob, It doesn't, like, really go".

There had been plenty of interest about what the baby boy's name but the couple have a history of waiting a few days before revealing their children's names. Along with the reveal on her website and app (both of which have since shut down), the proud mom also shared her daughter's nickname of Chi (pronounced "shy") on Twitter.

She battled with life-threatening condition placenta accreta during her two pregnancies and has been warned by her doctor to not carry her own baby again. However, Kim never made a public announcement about anything before her WWHL interview... that she remembered. "He's also Chicago's twin lol I'm sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her". "I thought like 'oh, it probably won't even take.'" Kim also told Kylie that North had been running around school telling the other kids about her little brother.

'I feel like surrogacy is the only option for me.

The reality starlet, previously revealed that her sisters Khloe and Kourtney and her best friend Chrissy Teigen had offered to be her surrogate in the past following her health concerns.
