Prince William, Kate Middleton mistakenly named Archie's parents on royal website

The Duchess also said that the next few weeks will be "daunting" for Harry and Meghan since they are first time parents, and she wishes them "all the best".

The free, anonymous service connects people experiencing a "tough moment" with trained volunteers. The initiative proved a huge success - far more so than they had anticipated, William admitted yesterday - proving people need to take mental health as seriously as their physical well-being.

In a press release from the Palace, the fab four have said, "We are incredibly excited to be launching this service, knowing it has the potential to reach thousands of vulnerable people every day". This year, Kate's four charities that will be represented at Action on Addiction, Place2Be, the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families, and The Royal Foundation.

"The conversations are run by volunteers who have completed 25 hours of online training, and are monitored by an exceptional clinical team".

During a 12-month pilot past year, 1,000 volunteers signed up to the initiative and 60,000 conversations took place.

In a video from the Duke of Cambridge, he urges for more volunteers to join. Supported by the Royal Foundation, it is seen as a legacy of the Heads Together campaign, which has worked to change the conversation and end the stigma around mental health. That's why we believe that Shout is so important'.

Volunteers are at the heart of Shout, with a current community of 1000.

Shout has a USA counterpart, Crisis Text Line, which, since its launch in 2013, has seen over 100 million messages exchanged.

The Institute of Global Health Innovation (IGHI) at Imperial College London will also work with the project to identify trends and develop insights into mental health to shape the provision of services.

IGHI director, Professor Ara Darzi, said: "The prevalence of mental health is increasing and we need to be creative in the way we deliver services in the future". Already we see more celebrities, funding, [organisations], and media attention for the suicide epidemic and mental health thanks to the efforts of Diana's sons and their wives.
