CNN Claims To Have Seen Latest R. Kelly Tape

He added: "Included in the evidence we recently uncovered and recovered is a VHS videotape of Mr. Kelly engaging in multiple sexual assaults of a girl underage".

The lawyer representing a porn star in a legal battle with US President Donald Trump said Thursday his office has previously-unreleased footage of R&B superstar R. Kelly having sex with a young girl. The network said two scenes show a naked man who appears to be Kelly engage in several sex acts with a female who calls out "daddy".

R. Kelly's lawyer Steve Greenberg said he was completely unaware of the new shocking sex tape featuring the singer allegedly abusing the teen.

They both refer to her "14-year-old p***y".

CNN reports that the tape provided to prosecutors by Avenatti lasts almost 43 minutes and shows a naked man who appears to be R. Kelly performing multiple sexual acts with a girl. Six years later, a Cook County jury found Kelly not guilty on all 14 counts.

USA attorney Michael Avenatti says he has new video evidence of singer R Kelly having sex with an underage girl. We have not been contacted by anyone.

CNN, which obtained a copy of the new footage, described it as "clear and explicit".

Avenatti claims the new tape has never been previously disclosed or been seen by law enforcement until now. The New Yorker report, which was written by longtime Kelly reporter Jim DeRogatis, who in 2002 broke the news of the sex tape that led to criminal charges against the singer, cites a senior law-enforcement official as saying that prosecutors may soon indict him in IL. The man in the video also urinates on the girl, CNN says. He also claims that "the time frames of the sexual assaults depicted in the video is within in the IL statues of limitations". In 2002, Kelly was indicted in IL on child-pornography charges related to an alleged sex tape of the singer, then 32, with a 14-year-old girl. After she does, he urinates on her, according to CNN. A rep for the Cook County State's Attorney's office told Variety it could not confirm or deny an investigation.

For decades the artist - real name Robert Sylvester Kelly - has faced lawsuits and accusations over child pornography, sex with minors, operating a sex cult and sexual battery.

Foxx asked potential victims to come forward last month after Lifetime aired a documentary revisiting the allegations against Kelly.
