Jim Carrey's 'monstrous' Sarah Huckabee Sanders portrait made Fox News angry

The actor described Sanders as "a so-called Christian whose only objective in life is to lie for the wicked" in the caption. Rather, he described the image as "a so-called Christian whose only goal in life is to lie for the wicked". "Monstrous!", he wrote in the caption.

On Sunday, he tweeted out a caricature of White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, along with a message calling out the chasm between her actions and her proclaimed religious beliefs.

The Jim Carrey flap really is yet another example of the way Fox News devotes many, many segments to ridiculing liberals for being offended by Trump or some political issue, branding them as "snowflakes".

He did not mention her name in the tweet, but if you look at the painting next to a photo of Sarah Huckabee Sanders, you can see where he received his inspiration for the portrait painting.

"What would be hypocritical Hollywood reaction if he called someone a "so-called Muslim" or 'so-called Jew?'" Huckabee tweeted.

He painted a picture of Trump kissing the backside of Russian President Vladimir Putin a year ago, and hes also taken aim at Republican party senator candidate Roy Moore (who was accused of sexual misconduct) as well as others within Trump's inner circle.

Most recently, The Truman Show star took aim at President Trump and his alleged connections to Russian president Vladimir Putin.

A spokeswoman confirmed to the Associated Press that Carrey did create the harsh masterpiece, but she would not reveal who the woman in the painting was. Just last week, Carrey shared his painting of Stephen Hawking and other more abstract work.
