The Hue white and color ambiance range is based on a plug and play system, making installation easy and allowing for full flexibility to position wherever you need light. These new lights will work with Assistant too.

Philips Hue outdoor spot Lily base unit pack will retail for United States dollars 279.99 /EUR 299 and includes three light points and all the accessories you need to get started. The Hue Lily spotlights can be used to highlight outdoor features such as garden elements and art, and the Hue Calla pillar post lights are designed for lighting paths and other outdoor spaces.

With the Hue app, you can check and control your lights wherever you are, and schedule them to switch on and off at specific times.

But the new products are designed for exteriors, starting with wall-mounted lights for back and front door coverage.
