Virat Kohli Watches Anushka Sharma's Movie Pari With In-Laws Ashima & Ajay Kumar

Anushka Sharma's horror flick Pari was released in India on 2 March, 2018. All this while, Anushka was busy shooting for her next film Sui Dhaaga with Varun Dhawan and if you've seen the pictures, she is unrecognisable in her look for the film. This is Anushka's third project as a producer after NH10 and Phillauri.

Screening of Anushka Sharma-starrer "Pari-Not a Fairytale" has been banned in Pakistan for "innumerable unethical dialogues and scenes".

Helmed by Prosit Roy, the film also stars Parambrata Chatterjee and Rajat Kapoor. The atmospheric thriller did not record a big jump in its collections on Saturday and Sunday, but managed to keep its hold at the ticket windows. A dotting husband even contributed in the film's promotion and shared a poster on the social media and wrote, "Can't wait to watch my one and only in an avatar never seen before and I'm blown away already". The movie had registered a business of Rs 20 crore in 3 weeks. After receiving a good response in first weekend, the Hindi offering is going to face gradual drop in the audiences' response in week days. On Saturday, the movie witnessed decent growth and eared 5.47 crores. This will be Anushka's first outing post her fairytale wedding.

"Any film that goes against our culture and Islamic history should be banned in Pakistan, said Chaudhry Ejaz Kamra, Pakistan Film Distributors Association's chairman". Box office competition also increases with the arrival of new films in cinema halls. Sunday saw collections of around Rs 4.50 crore.
