Victoria Beckham confirms the Spice Girls won't be touring

Victoria scraped her brunette tresses into a messy bun and shielded her eyes with a pair of huge sunglasses as she made a low-key appearance in the bustling city.

Victoria has been hard at it ahead of New York Fashion Week, which kicks off on Thursday.

The Spice Girls are getting back together for a reunion tour that will take them to the U.S. TMZ has learned. "They used to turn [my mic] off and just let the others sing", she said.

While reports claimed that the girls would be hitting the road again together, Victoria Beckham has officially denied the rumors.

'They've been through the good times and the bad times and I owe them everything'.

A statement released to MailOnline did not confirm what the band's next step would be.

Following the lunch, the women said in a statement: "We have enjoyed a wonderful afternoon catching-up and reminiscing about the incredible times we have spent together".

The Spice Girls split in 2000, but have since performed together on a number of occasions, including a 2007 world tour.

Asked what their plans did involve, she said: "There's something so strong in the message of what the Spice Girls stood for".
