Black Friday Fight Erupts at Alabama Shopping Mall

One victim was treated for minor injuries by Hoover Fire paramedics.

Just several hours into Black Friday and reports of fights between misbehaving shoppers are already beginning to be filed.

Black Friday is often a day of shopping mayhem, and this year was no different.

The fight happened on the second floor of the mall.

The mall closed 40 minutes early because of the melee.

According to multiple media reports, over 15 Hoover police officers responded to fights breaking out between customers as well as unconfirmed reports of gunfire at about 11 p.m. No one, however, was taken to the hospital.

The second incident was the fight. He tells us the fight was personal in nature.

The sale caused shoppers to become frantic and in one store in Alabama, two women started an all-out brawl which led to their arrest. It reopened as scheduled on 6:00 a.m. Friday.

This wasn't the only incident of Black Friday shopping violence.

Footage shows police intervening in the scuffle which had grown by the time they got to the store. In Missouri, a gun was sacked at Columbia Mall in Columbia, Missouri, ABC 17 News reported early Friday morning. News reports will likely emerge pointing to a shortage of humans going out into meatspace to try saving half a penny on a veggie spiralizer.
