'Predator' Lacazette MUST start for Arsenal against Tottenham

In a recent interview with Sky Sports, Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech spoke about Tottenham ahead of Saturday's North London Derby matchup.

"Success is ultimately winning trophies".

For the first time in 22 years, Tottenham finished above their bitters rivals, sealing the Gunners' fate in a 2-0 win at the Lane. For what seems like the first time in decades, Tottenham is widely regarded as a clear favorite even though the match is taking place at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium.

Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino will be able to choose a starting XI from a full deck against Arsenal after players on global duty returned unscathed and those who withdrew from their country's squads resumed training.

Arsenal head into Saturday's game looking to get back to winning ways in the Premier League after their 3-1 defeat by Manchester City at The Etihad before the global break.

"They've been there in the last few years so now I think they have to make sure they win something to show the progression", Cech added.

Arsene Wenger has confirmed Arsenal will be looking to stop Harry Kane in particular on Saturday.

Indeed, Tottenham have dropped 37 points from leading positions in Premier League games against Arsenal, more than any other side has against another in the competition's history.

The 26-year-old made something of a mockery of Wenger's decision by scoring just nine minutes after his second half introduction to briefly bring his side back into a contest which was eventually settled when Gabriel Jesus put City 3-1 ahead with a contentious goal.

Pochettino, who hasn't been on the losing side in six meetings with Arsenal as Tottenham manager, accepted that history does count when assessing the relative merits of the sides. "So that does not mean today we are above Arsenal. They were great (in the) Arsene Wenger era, and I think for us it's a massive challenge to stay there and to be competitive against a team that, in the last 20 years, wins more trophies than us".

"We did it with Sol Campbell so we can do it again - Harry Kane's a Gooner and we will get him back".

Kane has scored in his last five games against Arsenal.
