Katy Perry Stagehand Sues ... Thanks to You, I Only Got 9 Toes

Fish said that, despite her apparent injury, no one offered to call for an ambulance, though she says she was given ice for her wound. She claims she felt her shoe fill up with blood.

A Katy Perry tour stagehand lost her toe and is suing the pop star for her pain and suffering.

Reps for Katy Perry are not now responding to questions about the suit, according to the New York Daily News.

A stagehand who lost a toe during Katy Perry's Prismatic world tour in 2014 is suing the singer for an undisclosed amount.

Fish claims she was asked to help move a wall backstage, when the wall got stuck and then rolled across her foot. In fact, the report indicates that she had to call a friend of hers to come pick her up from the venue and drive her to the emergency room.

According to Fish, a toe on her right foot had to be amputated after developing gangrene.

Do you think Katy Perry should be held responsible for an accident that happened during her tour to a member of her crew?

She insists she was instructed by doctors to leave on the "dead toe" until the absolute last minute, which she is claiming led to emotional distress.

TMZ published photos that documented Fish's injury throughout her ordeal and, TBH, it took a lot of preparation for us to look.
