ASUS ZenFone 4 Smartphones to Debut on August 19

Meanwhile, Marcel Campos, Asus' head of marketing, has taken to the photo-sharing social media platform Instagram and is continuously posting photos using the hashtag "ZenFone X". It seems ASUS is paying particular attention to the camera with this model, and so it may be safe to guess the phone may pack some notable camera features at the software level, though it's anyone's guess what those may be. The Zenfone 4 Pro will be a highly specced device, and it will definitely sport a dual rear camera setup.

In the Zenfone 4 series, only one device has been launched till date, the Asus Zenfone 4 Max. As per previous leaks, the ZenFone 4 Selfie is expected to run Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the-box and sport a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) display.

ASUS has also pushed out promotional images for the ZenFone 4 prior to this, and these have indicated that the phone will be utilizing a dual-camera system. The phone at was announced in Russian Federation comes with dual cameras at the back, so probably it could be the same variant coming to Philippines also.

Asus is getting ready to officially show off its ZenFone 4 series to the world, sending out invites for an event in the Philippines taking place on August 19. Nearly all the phones have been subjected to several leaks, but the company hasn't confirmed any of it yet.

Taiwan-based tech firm ASUS could be making some final touches before they could formally introduce their next lineup of phones - the ASUS Zenfone 4. Chinese technology giant ASUS has always been planning on adding a new smartphone to its ZenFone family. However, if Gizbot's report is anything to go by, the phone will have 6GB of RAM and will be powered by a Snapdragon 835 SoC from Qualcomm.
