'Man Utd are interested in signing Perisic'

According to Sky Sports, United aren't the only ones on Perisic and Antonio Conte's Chelsea are also interested in him.

Manchester United will look to bolster their attack next season and they are reportedly already in talks with this Serie A star.

Ausilio however has denied that Inter have received an offer from Manchester United, though the sporting director is willing to admit Jose Mourinho's men are keen on the Croatian.

The Croatian global is also a major target for Manchester United and Arsenal, with the flying forward's price range hovering somewhere quite high, between £48m and £52m.

He scored 10 goals and made 10 assists last season, after impressing for Croatia at Euro 2016.

Manchester United and Chelsea's interest in Perisic may pave the way for a bidding war.

However, this season he has been used as a squad player and has only started three Serie A matches and failed to score in the league.

Hence, Inter are commanding a relatively high price for the 28-year-old.

The attacker is predominantly played on the left wing but he's capable of playing anywhere across the forward positions so he'd be a very useful player in the United squad if they could get a deal agreed.

Anthony Martial, Jesse Lingard and Henrikh Mkhitaryan are all good enough to be regular starters and Perisic's arrival may see either Martial or Lingard pack their bags in the summer.

Perisic has been with Inter since 2015 when he joined from Wolfsburg but now looks ready to test himself in England's top flight as well as the Champions League.
